We all know that in the tech industry, the talents are very young and crucial to the company. It's easy refer to the stories of Facebook, Microsoft, Uber,...
But, in here, I think the youth is not received enough attention. Company will throw freshers to any project. They do not care about your strengths and weaknesses, if you can grow in that project or not..
If you are unlucky, you will work in project that has little chance to learn and grow.Those are projects with repeatable tasks day by day. Then, in the appraisal period, they use that reason, which you grow so little, to under-evaluate. Fair !?
I have some friends were in the same situation. They left the company soon
One now studies phD, one works for a potential start-up
One last thing. I've just announced that HR FORGETS to update my degrees and certificates in the system, although i have worked here for more than 1 year
