- I've worked for several companies, and the term "second family" appears in all of them. But I thought it was just the way they wanted to make their employees feel closing with the company and then worked harder and contributed more for them.. until I joined KMS, it was a big difference! In KMS, they give me the feeling of being respected and trusted. They encourage me to learn and grow, give me chances to improve myself. I hardly get complaint from managers (almost no), it's not because I don't make any mistake, but whenever I do something wrong, I always get the feedback of how to make it better next times. This company helps me realize that I can continue working happily with a lower income, even it is as big as 50 percent up.
- All people are like brothers and sisters, especially I don't feel any gap between the employees and the high level managers. They show us that they are really building the "second family" for us and they are just the big brothers.
- Everything is transparent and fair.
- The company honestly cares about my family and helps me on keeping the work-family balance.
- A lot of fun and sporting activities.
- I can say this is one of the most beautiful and comfortable working places among the IT outsourcing community in Vietnam.

Cons

The biggest challenge when working in KMS is only yourself! - how to overcome your inertia to be improved.

Pros

Comparing to other outsourcing companies, I must say KMS is one of (if not) the best companies in this industry.
- Great benefit (high salary comparing to others)
- Health care for you and your family
- The leaders/managers know what they need to do to grow the team and company to higher level
- Ppl are young, active and friendly
- They treat you fairly

Cons

So it is the same with all other outsourcing jobs, sometimes you need to work OT to get the job done.

Cons

We all know that in the tech industry, the talents are very young and crucial to the company. It's easy refer to the stories of Facebook, Microsoft, Uber,...

But, in here, I think the youth is not received enough attention. Company will throw freshers to any project. They do not care about your strengths and weaknesses, if you can grow in that project or not..

If you are unlucky, you will work in project that has little chance to learn and grow.Those are projects with repeatable tasks day by day. Then, in the appraisal period, they use that reason, which you grow so little, to under-evaluate. Fair !?

One last thing. I've just announced that HR FORGETS to update my degrees and certificates in the system, although i have worked here for more than 1 year

They say about Innovation so you're encouraged to do something better than yourself. They also say about how to make customer satisfied at all time.

You'll many opportunities working here, as long as you have talents. You will feel you're a better person since you work not just for yourselves but for others. It's truly your second home.

Cons

It's growing fast, trying to win international standards in IT industry, so more rules and restrictions you need to follow. You also have to build your own reputation for your own benefit instead of just doing a good job and silently expect that someone will realize.
